The Philips campaign is coming to an end and we want to know your final thoughts. You’ve tried the product, spread the word, and given your feedback in My Testimonial Tab. It’s time for your final Insider task – submitting your End Survey.

Why is this survey very important?
In this survey you will be able to give your opinions on the product, the brand, and even the campaign itself. Moreover, by filling out the end survey, you will decide whether you want to keep the device or to return it.
How does it work?
For members who decide to keep the product
Enjoy the device! There’s nothing to do after the end survey.
For members who decide to return the product
You will receive an email with a personal code for the return and a link to Ninja Van website. You will need to create the return ticket on Ninja’s website with the code provided. Then Ninja will do the pickup on the day you choose.
You must return the device in its original packaging; also, the device must be in good working condition for refund. No packaging other than the original Philips packaging will be accepted.
The refund will be processed within 2 weeks, after we have received all the returned devices, checked and verified.
